Registration Requirements

STEP 1 - Background screening provisions IAW Florida Jessica Lunsford Act.

STEP 2 - With clear background check, create an arbiter account

STEP 3 - Register with Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA)

Website is FHSAA Central Hub. Click the Registration tab. During registration with FHSAA you will select “First Coast Basketball Officials Association” (FCBOA) as your association.

STEP 4 - Join Local Association 

Dues Cost: $55 (Cash) / $58 (Electronically)

Purchase Equipment (We have a local vendor to purchase gear/equipment) 

1. Whistle 

2. Shirts (Black & White w/FHSAA LOGO)

3. Black Athletic Shorts

4. Black Long Pants 

5. All Black or Mostly Black Athletic Shoes
